If you care about your personal safety and care about data integrity, this company is not for you. I went to the interview and the manager straight up said that sometimes they don't wear gloves (and tried to give excuses for why), and I saw a couple of employees without protection. The site in New York is not safe for anyone to work in, especially if you're working with asbestos. I wouldn't recommend working with a manager who is wishy washy about safety.

That you are just a number. Senior management are clueless as to the performances and productivity of workers, or lack thereof. Promotions/salary increases don’t happen, which is very discouraging to morale. Many supervisors/managers aren’t qualified to be in leadership roles; a majority are former lab technicians and have poor business etiquette. HR is a joke! They are cold and very unapproachable and do not even try to do what they are supposed to do.

Sick and vacation are combined. You can always make up time which is so convenient. If immediate family member passes you receive and entire week.

Stop the nepotism! Hire professional senior management with appropriate college degrees and experience.. Treat employees as if they were valued and appreciated. Promote from within. Stop the favoritism and unfair terminations.
