If you care about your personal safety and care about data integrity, this company is not for you. I went to the interview and the manager straight up said that sometimes they don't wear gloves (and tried to give excuses for why), and I saw a couple of employees without protection. The site in New York is not safe for anyone to work in, especially if you're working with asbestos. I wouldn't recommend working with a manager who is wishy washy about safety.

Mostly every person spends the majority of their day in the office playing on their cell phones. Management sees them, but it is never an issue.

Toxic most people are over worked and under paid. The QA/QC process does not exist and the quality of the company and work suffers. Serious quality issues the analytical results are not to be trusted.
