If your work cannot directly be measured in terms of how much money you bring in, you're practically useless to them . They employ you for a specific defined role and then toss you around from role to role basically trying to make everybody a sales person. The company's products against competitors is mediocre at best and they almost never take feedback from the clients they serve to improve their product and services and just go ahead and do whatever they want. Upper management is a joke. They have misplaced priorities and fail to see all the cogs and wheels necessary to keep the company running and are only focused on sales. There is zero room for growth and it is a dead-end 9-5 job. Stay away!!!

Working here had its perks and its a quiet, stable environment. Unfortunately there is not a lot of room to grow, lack of actual benefits which have no strings attached, no overtime or additional pay, and most of the time when you are compensated for something there is a catch. Come here if you really need to, they will take care of you. If you wish to grow and expand, look elsewhere.

My direct manager was a useless twit. Every single person that wore a suit to work was cool. Nobody is ever on your back if you have to step away or stretch your legs a few times. As long as the work was done you were all good.
