Busy work environment. The days go fast as calls are coming in constantly. Daily contests to win prizes are a plus. Employees and management are friendly and willing to help at all times. This job is for those who like to learn as cross training occurs frequently. Half hour lunch with two sets of breaks in-between.

Typical day at work is sitting in my cubicle answering phone calls assisting and troubleshooting with customers. I learned to multitask very well. Management was excessive.
