In Encompass Hospice its 14,000 miles per year to qualify for car... only 269 miles per week. And I avg. about 400 per week. It’s great. Praise The Lord! For Encompass.

The company has approximately 7500 therapy/nursing staff and 750 cars nationally. Everyone ALWAYS misses mileage marks. Its the way company has them set. Impossible to reach. Even if uou ate 2 miles off you still cant get company car.

Most home health agencies currently are paying .48 per mile Encompass adjust mileage reimbursment according to recent gas prices. Most reimbursed .31 cents gas is $2.39 gal. Horrible compensation rate.
