Sounds like health Care is going down hill I hear the same complaints each time .Ism a nurse and I have the same complaints as some of you have..Those of you that enjoy doing your job please continue to do it to the best of your abilities. I have also been a patient. I woke you on the floor in a hospital where staff knew me I was admitted to smooth hospital where O had worked in the past and fond my head busted open
That's why I ask those of you that really care for people to continue to do your jobs well!

Do Not Gossip. Get a new Branch Manager in Valley. Get Human Resources involved because they know nothing about it in the Valley, AL office. Stop showing favoritism. Stop lying to the employees, tell the truth NOT what they want to hear!

Don't hire nurses who think they're above tech work. & Lessen the patient load for the techs, I sometimes have 11 or 12 patients. How are we supposed to keep up high patient satisfaction if we can't stay and talk to them to get to know their needs, we can't take our time with them. We have to rush because everyone wants to wash at the same time or wants to go to the bathroom at the same time. It also doesn't help that we take any and everybody even if they don't need rehab! It need to be rehab patients, now the hospitals just want people out so they send them to us and we take them. They take up a lot of time. It's hard. Also, raise the pay in Mechanicsburg! The base shift pay is 10.60$. For ALL the work that we do we need at least 15. Call service representatives sit at a desk answering phones all day for 17$ an hour and we are here running around like chickens with our heads cut off, lifting heavy people, getting hit by confused combative patients, making 10.60$ an hour. It's absurd. Raise the pay or lessen the patient load!

Hire more diverse group of people who are educated and know how to manage people and don't mico manage them. Please teach them the importance of not vocalizing their opinion about past employee who marry people outside of raise and not tell a new employee who is African American.

Stop giving large pay raises plus bonuses to staff with credentials and next to nothing to the very hard working rest. THIS IS PREJUDICE!

Stop telling staff they are appreciated but give them no raise. That tells me I'm not a good employee, so why do you keep me??

Give fair and truthful reviews to unlicensed staff so you can give them more than Pennies for a raise.

Adequate staffing ratios and accountability for every employee. Adherence to federal laws and not allowing discrimination and hostility based on race, religion, or creed.
