Competitive Benefits. Salary should be within scale. Communications from higher management to lower employees is very important. Recognition to employees, if not monthly at least quarterly etc.

Recognize employees for a job well done. Also, do something extraordinary; even for encouragement to do better.
Sometimes just a Little extra giving, yields Much in return.

Allow the LPN's to do more. They are willing and trained to do different things, ie: respiratory treatments, assessments. Take some of the load off RN's and not be a pill pusher only

Keep and eye on the camera because ppl sleep especially the nurses they do nothing but pass meds when they want and leave the building 3 to 4 times to smoke when the building is already short staff

Sounds like health Care is going down hill I hear the same complaints each time .Ism a nurse and I have the same complaints as some of you have..Those of you that enjoy doing your job please continue to do it to the best of your abilities. I have also been a patient. I woke you on the floor in a hospital where staff knew me I was admitted to smooth hospital where O had worked in the past and fond my head busted open
That's why I ask those of you that really care for people to continue to do your jobs well!

Do Not Gossip. Get a new Branch Manager in Valley. Get Human Resources involved because they know nothing about it in the Valley, AL office. Stop showing favoritism. Stop lying to the employees, tell the truth NOT what they want to hear!
