Give raises, offer mileage, compensation for licensure and continuing education. More meetings when policies/things change-not everyone is notified-- better communication. Did I mention MILEAGE!!!?

Quit doing things on the cheap! Update your documentation programs, have fully licensed therapists manage on site programs instead of therapy assistants. Most of all, GET SOME INTEGRITY! !!!!

Give your workers pay raises! If you can buyout other companies, you can take care of your employees!

Department managers need training on how to effectively manage and treat their employees well. Let your employees know they're valued, and part of that is giving raises when they are warranted (pay freeze has been effective my entire 5 years here)
