No raises at Encore EVER there's a permanent "wage freeze" but they're continuously hiring both therapist and office staff all the while merging with other therapy companies, cutting wages and hours of existing employees.

Review new employees performance after 90 days of employment so that they're aware of areas they can improve upon. Set goals and establish a timeline for improvement and then follow up on performance.

Thearpiats are employed for years without receiving reviews or setting goals with management. This lack of structure leaves employees feeling unsupported. Upper management focused on production not quality of care.

Department managers need training on how to effectively manage and treat their employees well. Let your employees know they're valued, and part of that is giving raises when they are warranted (pay freeze has been effective my entire 5 years here)
