Listen to your direct contact employees. They know best what is going on. Regional managers and tpms are giving you a 1 sided view. Provide direct contact employees the opportunity to evaluate their supervisors. Then you will find out what is really going on.
Listen to the employees who are loyal to the company.
Improve rehab manager training to assure accurate understanding of medicare guidelines.
Look into how the regional manager is treating staff
Provide more incentives for your fulltime staff
Offer employees heath insurance. I work more than 30 hours a week, but considered part-time so they don't have to offer me health insurance.
