Horrible work place, I would not recommend anyone to work here.
Community Outreach Specialist (Former Employee) –  Long Beach, CAMay 25, 2016
This is the worst job I have ever held. The managers don't seem to know what they're doing and there is extreme favoritism within employees. The scheduling of hours are always inconsistent, they exhaust workers with unrealistic demands of fundraising goals. This organization seems like a scam they say their goal is to eradicate Malaria transmissions but they're more concern in taking people's money. It doesn't surprise me that no one stays long. Compensation for mileage and parking reimbursements are a joke.
Pros
free water
Cons
low pay, toxic working conditions, compensation sucks

Toxic Work Environment
Community Outreach Specialist (Former Employee) –  Huntington Beach, CAMay 25, 2016
This job was filled with immature and irresponsible people who were constantly gossiping, spreading rumors and speaking poorly of their peers. This organization ironically lacks organization. There are constant acts of favoritism and unrealistic demands of its employees. Though this organization is said to have an important mission (prevent malaria transmission) it runs more as business that will ultimately only profit its administration. Employees are often forced to work in extreme weather conditions and breaks are rarely enforced. This job required long commutes with little to no compensation. The most enjoyable part of this job is being able to go home at the end of the day.
Pros
Free water, you get to help provide relief to families in Africa
Cons
favoritism, literally everything is a con
