Good for entry level without experience but not good for experienced
A good company but the pay is not the best. But it was friendly place and you don't have a lot pressure for your work. It used to be a very good company from 2013-2016 but lately it is kind of losing its value interm of pay, benefit and advancement.

Alright company but the way they treat some of the employees unfair
good company but the company treated some of the employees like unfair. I saw how they treated the one pumper, they were getting harassed and the hr didn't do anything about it. When they tried to do something about it they fired that pumper instead of trying to make things better. Good pumper knew what they were doing. When you work hard the company don't care, they may say they do by giving you this nice things but its just a cover up.

Good company to work for
Before C19, we were getting a solid 70 hours a week and the schedule was pretty good. After C19, the schedule changed and hours were reduced. Would expect they will go back to “normal” when the pandemic passes and oil prices go back up.
Good management, for the most part. They genuinely care about employees concerns and try to make the work environment as comfortable and safe as possible.
