Staff Writer in Remote
on December 13, 2020
As a writer for Showbiz Cheat Sheet, I am able to have a good work-life balance. Being a fully remote company, management has mastered supporting their employees without micromanaging. It's a wonderful place to work!

Endgame 360 is one of those places that lists a job for months, you apply, they contact you requiring you to join their site and waste an hour to rewrite your resume on their site, then they ghost you. They've done this to TWO professional, qualified writers that I know. The Human Resources here is a joke. Glad to have dodged a proverbial bullet and was hired by a more reputable company. publication.

We require all applicants apply online using our formal application to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines. We do our best to make this clear in the Indeed application process but unfortunately some slip through, at which time we do our best to respond informing candidates of our need for them to apply through our website. Once an applicant has applied on our website, we review their resume and any additional links to sample work, documents, etc. that are provided.

The Human Resources contact here asked no questions but instead required me to go to their corporate website and join and rewrite my resume all over again for no reason. Maybe HR at this company finds it difficult to read a resume, analyze what's before them, and make a decision based on that. That says a lot.
