Tool repair and shipping in Cincinnati, OH

It's an ok place to work, alot of favoritism. Not clarity on job description. It can be boring and slow. Not for people who like clear cut job descriptions. You'll do everything even though you dont get paid the same as the person who is supposed to be doing the job.
Manager in Mint Hill, NC

Management is very disengaged until something bad happens. At that time, they identify the problem by firing the people involved. Doesn't matter what the issue is they will find someone to blame. Many of the career employees are still there because they will do whatever the company wants and are significantly underpaid compared to their peers at other organizations. The healthcare is good if you live in Cincinnati. If you don't it is horrid experience. The 401k is managed by an absolute junk company. Basically if Enerfab can save a dollar they will save it regardless the impact on the employee. Very odd culture in the Ohio Valley Region to be honest. Management openly commented that they kept certain people because they could do 80% of the job needed but were only being paid for about 40% as compared to what it would cost to hire a capable person. Very high turnover rate. In my estimation staff positions would turn over 35-60% annually.

Decent place to work. Worked as part of a small engineering group. Can't complain, good work and good people. Left to return to previous job for advancement and significantly raise.

Decent work they get mad if they ask you to work over and you tell them no because they waited till the last 20 minutes of the day to ask. Great pay and great benefits though and awesome people to work around from the Forman level and down
