Work environment is very tensed and lots of back stabbing, mix that with lots of gossiping. Work ethics are a by person standard, not the same across the board. Management seems to be very lenient to Hispanic's (Management is Hispanic), any other race's feet are held to the fire. Lines of communication to management or supervisor is not open. You are left to communicate through leads, which you don't know what exactly is being reported or said. Therefore, potential for you to be blamed for an error if a mistake is made, not by you, but just because you worked on the unit with others. If your caught standing or taking a minute to put your tools away, etc. your accused of not doing anything. Not to mention you have bells to tell you when breaks began & end, when lunch starts & ends, when starting & quitting time is.
I understand sometimes you have to endure to provide for family, but this place slowly eats away at you.
Communication a challenge if you don't speak spanish, lots of gossiping, Accountablity misdirected
