While upper management live in mansions its work force struggle to survive until they have no choice but to seek other employment.
The company offers zero benefits.
Canadian company just pulling American money into Canada for its staff. It should be illegal.

Good management and great work load. Once you get the hang of being a rater, everything is smooth sailing.

Once you get the hang of being a rater, everything is smooth sailing. Management is outstanding and always willing to work with you when it comes to personal time off and training on certain subjects whenever necessary.

Lots of work in the winter and summer, much less in the spring and fall. You learn a lot about HVAC and energy efficiency. You get to do energy testing on many different kinds of homes all over the place.

No balance for time in for times when work is slow. Work load to small and cost for daycare and gas are to high. need to find balance work for the slow times.
