The turnover is extremely low. People LOVE it here! I've been here almost 4 years and have seen so much improvement in our culture over the past 3 years. It's a GREAT place to work. Our motto is, BE BETTER! Everyone has taken this to heart and there's no reason to leave. Maybe if you want to work in a different industry?

Focused, but flexible. We have a lot of innovation going on here. It's fast-paced for sure, but definitely FUN and not boring!

It depends on the position. Some take longer than others. We screen applicants, conduct face to face interviews, sometimes 2 or 3 face to face interviews, testing, background check/drug screens... Scheduling all of these can take a lot of time or can move very quickly.

EWN expects innovation where a lot of companies don't encourage it at all! EWN pays for employee and child(ren)'s insurance, there's a 401(k) plan, we have quarterly team building for the entire company, and departmental team building activities too.

The working hours are pretty standard, with occasional travel. Everyone in my department is out of the office by 5. Some come in at 7 and leave at 4. We get an hour for lunch.
