Customer Service Representative in Statesville, NC

If there is any other job available, take it. I would avoid this company as it has an awful management team. You will be in call seven days a week. They are not even handed in who works overtime.
HR Development Specialist in Statesville, NC
on December 5, 2021
Duties included recruiting, creating job flyers, job postings, interviewing, completing background checks / reference checks, running HR reports, coordinating new hire paperwork, and exhibiting at colleges and job fairs.Staff is pulled in many different directions and the volume is heavy. Overtime must have prior approval and travel obligations were intense and unanticipated. My training was spotty and I found many holes in the processes. The variety of the work did keep things interesting... but overall, I took what I was told with a grain of salt.
Executive Assistant in Statesville, NC

Overall decent people to work with but management is another story. Definitely very close minded.... Job would have been nice but there was no consistent requirements. One day they wanted it one way the next it was all wrong.

My 20 year experience at Energyunited was a learning experience everyday. Each day came with different scenarios which allowed me the ability to learn and use my skills such as: problem solving, mentoring and making executive decisions without supervision based on company rules and guidelines and my longevity with the company.
