Great Place to get into Ad Sales but not great for pay

It has a great culture. People are nice and get along very well. There is a huge disconnect between the corporate office in North Carolina versus where I worked in Irvine, California. The management in North Carolina is always changing, never consistent and has no consistent direction. The pay for what you bring in is low and there is no room for advancement. It's great as an entry job but be aware sales have to be nurtured for a long time before they pay off. This isn't a volume sales production facility.
