Machine Operator (Current Employee) –  Dalton, GANovember 11, 2019
I would recommend this to anyone getting out of school, but once you start growing up, and making big life decisions you don’t want to still be working here. There’s no real opportunities for advancement.

Typical day working claims
Claims Analyst (Current Employee) –  Dalton, GAOctober 10, 2019
Checking emails, taking phones calls and following up with dealers or salesmen on current claims. Angry customers could be hard but management could help resolve some of these situations.

Finishing plant lead maintenance (Former Employee) –  Dalton, GAOctober 8, 2019
The only money to be made there is for-upper management and everyone else was nothing to be concerned with is the day you get that house payment and you can get in 5 years that I was there in two different plants I found all upper management to be combative and over bearing. all employees were $5-$6 under paid for the same jobs all over town all of the HR personal had to be Bi lingual and catered to illegal aliens I listened to the empty promises for almost 6 years before I realized the owners only goal was to pad his pockets and be a big shot in the town
Pros
All the hours you could stand
Cons
Closed minded management, poor wages and poor life work balance

It's a ok place to work at. Great pay. Poor material and equipment to work with. You work more than what could be if had better equipment. Besides that is good no much pressure by bosses

Twister Operator (Current Employee) –  Dalton, GASeptember 19, 2019
It was a great opportunity to get started and gain experience in the manufacturing industry. However, I feel there are other companies that offer more opportunities for advancement and professional development.

CLAIMS ANALYST (Current Employee) –  CorporateSeptember 10, 2019
The company is managed just like all of the other flooring manufacturing companies in Dalton, GA. So if you have worked at one, you have worked at them all.

This job is for someone living at home with their parents or living with a roommate. They're very short handed with man power to cover all necessary needs for each shift. People walk out every day.

Poor management
Creeler Operator (Current Employee) –  Dalton, GAAugust 28, 2019
The supervisors do not treat everyone fairly. They take up for each other that way none of them get in trouble. They fire people over very little things. Never give you a chance to explain yourself when something is said. Make up lies about people to get them in trouble. Other than that, it’s a good place to work if you don’t get on their bad side. Hundreds of people come and go due to the management.

Production Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Calhoun, GA & Dalton, GAAugust 26, 2019
Overall a very bad place to work. Management style is terrible and culture is bad. They give little to no annual pay increases. I worked there for 5 years and never got a salary increase.

Twister Operator (Current Employee) –  Dalton, GAJuly 24, 2019
When I come in I get 4 lines each line has 80 buckets and creelers. I didn't change outs and change overs. Change outs are where you refill the buckets with yarn. You creel the top. And change overs are where you strip everything n put new yarn.
