I would recommend this to anyone getting out of school, but once you start growing up, and making big life decisions you don’t want to still be working here. There’s no real opportunities for advancement.
New equipment operator don't have to work on the machine machanic does everything new building clean bathroom clean machines an good supervisors everything you want in a working environment the turnover is high an you will work with all kinds of people
The only money to be made there is for-upper management and everyone else was nothing to be concerned with is the day you get that house payment and you can get in 5 years that I was there in two different plants I found all upper management to be combative and over bearing. all employees were $5-$6 under paid for the same jobs all over town all of the HR personal had to be Bi lingual and catered to illegal aliens I listened to the empty promises for almost 6 years before I realized the owners only goal was to pad his pockets and be a big shot in the town
All the hours you could stand
Closed minded management, poor wages and poor life work balance
It was a great opportunity to get started and gain experience in the manufacturing industry. However, I feel there are other companies that offer more opportunities for advancement and professional development.
My work in engineered floors was run the Superba machine and take the control supervising that everything is going well and taking control, after finishing the process, pack all the rolls and send them to storage.
Usually good over time.
Terrible work environment and treatment for employees by managers
The supervisors do not treat everyone fairly. They take up for each other that way none of them get in trouble. They fire people over very little things. Never give you a chance to explain yourself when something is said. Make up lies about people to get them in trouble. Other than that, it’s a good place to work if you don’t get on their bad side. Hundreds of people come and go due to the management.
When I come in I get 4 lines each line has 80 buckets and creelers. I didn't change outs and change overs. Change outs are where you refill the buckets with yarn. You creel the top. And change overs are where you strip everything n put new yarn.
