EENA is a growing company, I believe they are struggling to support the growth. The biggest issue is structure. This company has little to no Hierarchy ladder of management. In my opinion there is one person running the whole company based on her agenda. If the company could get a grasp on delegating task according to job description and Managers actually be provided the opportunity to oversee and support their team, I am confident this organization will continue to grow, while on boarding the best candidates for the jobs in turn decreasing the high turn over rate.
