terrible manaement, burns through employees at a very high rate
service (Former Employee) – Endicott, NY – March 29, 2019
before you consider an offer from the company, ask how many people have been in the position in the last 4 years before you and why is the position now open. No-0ne advances forward here, they just get fired out. Business in the gun clips increases because of industry demand , not because of good sales practices. The company has a very hard time following any ISO procedures. Just ask how many Quality Mgrs have been employed there in the last 5 years. The turnover of Mgmt positions is unbelievable. The owner/Pres/ CEO is very challenging to work with.
pay was fair, factory people were pleasant to work with
President has a hot temper and does not tolerate any different opinions
CNC Machinist (Former Employee) – Endwell, NY – September 5, 2018
I left a company I had been with for several years. They appeared to be growing and it looked like a decent opportunity. Management was the worst I have ever seen. I was only there for a short time (less than a year) and went through two managers.
Sheet metal press break operator (Former Employee) – Endicott, NY – February 14, 2018
I was hired as a sheet metal press break operator but never did the job. Was making only $13/hour. I make over $20/hour at my current job where I do the same thing and actually do the job I was hired for. They told me my benefits will start right away but that was a lie. They said I was tardy a few times when I was never late. Don't work for this company you will regret it if you do.
