Loved working here

I loved working at Engrained. Their farm to table vibe is great and the regulars were awesome. I moved up from server to bartender to eventually General manager, all from within.

Great place to work, people care

This is a great place to work. They actually have a training program to help set you up for success instead of just throwing you in without much direction. The staff here actually cares about each other and constantly helps each other out. The teamwork is better than anywhere I have ever worked before.

Good Job

Best tasting and cleanest food in the city. Incredible facility. GM is a 13/10. No lie. The kitchen is super clean, and boy howdy is that a good wang! Wasn’t planning on staying long but, the culture was something I believed in so I stayed.

Do not work here

Make you wait two weeks before you start training. I got another job between that time. They spread the message of “family” but don’t care about their employees. If you want time off or need to adjust schedule, you’d better know a month in advance or you’re screwed. Forget about having a second job. You’re a busser for 4-6 weeks before you serve. No communication is available. Fired me for being “too chatty”. I tried to communicate with owner on how to get in touch with the schedule lady. Since I have second job. He said everything is taken care of in an app. So you don’t get to verbally communicate. Also, I got berated for texting him at 5:30 am (I work overnight so I’m usually awake but didn’t expect him to reply till later). Owners ripped me off on my paycheck. They’re very pretentious. Terrible food. Will force you to drink their beer regardless if you like alcohol or beer at all. Not respectful of individuals. Owner is very condescending.
