I joined this company back in 2021 when I first graduated, and the company welcomed me with an open hand and supportive community!I learned and developed a lot, as Engtal provided me with a training and development scheme to leverage my skills.In addition, I work with the best people in my team - all of us want to see each other succeed!

Best recruitment company to work for

Recruitment Consultant (Current Employee) - Chicago, IL - January 20, 2022

EngTal is the best place I have ever worked for. The culture is unlike any company I have seen. Every person truly is looking out for one another and helping each other succeed. Management takes a significant amount of time out of their own day to develop their team and ensure everyone is on the path to success. Success is also recognized with incentive trips, lunch clubs, LARGE commission checks, and promotions.There is no glass ceiling in terms of growth, there is always another goal to reach and work for. Leadership also encourages PTO, making sure everyone is getting time to relax and reset so we can be the best we can be when we are at work.The hybrid set up is ideal, allowing WFH on Mondays and Fridays and getting the ability to collaborate with coworkers Tuesday-Thursday in our beautiful River North office!

Engtal has been a great place to work. Everyone is truly a good person as well has works really hard. The company is doing great and they certainly award "work hard-play hard" mentality. Managment is hands on and supportive. I look forward to continuing my career with Engtal and find my way to advanced posititions.

Fun and Challenging work place with an excellent Culture

Working at Engtal is a truly excellent experience. The role is challenging and offers you a real opportunity to progress your skillset and climb up the ladder. The culture is fantastic and there is a real sense that everyone there enjoys their job and wants the best for each other.

I left a comfortable sales role to move to Engtal, and since day one I have been very happy with my decision! There is an incredible work environment and company culture. As a recruitment consultant, you are provided with excellent training, support and leadership as well as a clear path of career progression and a great compensation structure. 10/10 place to work!

Best Place to Work

I have been with Engtal since 2017 and have had the pleasure to watch the company grow into one of the best places to work. The opportunities are endless working at a smaller company as you actually have a say in direction and policies. The commission structure gives you the ability to make some serious money.Beyond that the culture is great - I thoroughly enjoy time spent with coworkers and we have plenty of events to keep things fun in and out of the office!

Fantastic Company - Couldn't ask for better!

I've worked at Engtal for 4 years and I could not speak more highly of the organization. The culture is fantastic, leadership is transparent and honest and the company is rapidly expanding. I've learned a tremendous amount since joining and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for their next career move.

Engtal is the best company I've ever worked for. Simply put, if you work hard and listen to the training they provide, you will be successful. There is a ton of room for growth both personally and professionally and they absolutely care about your goals and aspirations. They operate on a hybrid work model which is the perfect balance for remote/work from home. The benefits are great and they're flexible on a number of things. This isn't the easiest job in the world but that's what makes it so rewarding. They also have an amazing culture where everyone wants each other to succeed which is refreshing in the sales world.
