There are way more stresses to this jobs than positives. The frenetic pace, the fact that management doesn't care about your struggles or that you need help, that you're stuck in traffic and trying to get everywhere on the map in your 10+ hour shift, and that you accrue PTO at a snail's pace. You are doing a sales job without commission, and they hold you to ridiculous sales metrics.
The inconsistent day to day schedule. A visit can drop in at any time, some days you get 10-11 visits, no breaks, some days you get 1-4.
Front loading your work day so you make it back to the office on time.
Safety and poor management.
The general unease and at times fear for your own safety while in customer visits. Bad areas get reported, but Enjoy doesn’t care. They send you anywhere they feel like.
The most stressful part is the company itself. They don't communicate properly, everything is very under the rug and presented with a smile.
