No teamwork whatsoever unless you were in the so-called click, lack of support especially when needed, two-faced staff, lack of daily supplies greatly needed, very unappreciated, pay scales and insurance were awful for the work management expected from staff! This facility is the worst I've worked for in my whole nursing career thus far, 10+ years working long term care!!! Run as fast as you can and dont look back!
