Understaffed by management and later they will put you on the hot seat asking why staff is absent for the shift after their approval.UNBELIEVABLE.Management a joke by being deceitful and dishonest.
There core values do not exist. It is all about self for the company. The environment could be a lot better than it is now. The culture this administrator does not stand behind the culture because there is none to him.
Didn't happen at the workplace,poorly staffed and then management receive bonuses for keeping the budget down!!!
If you are not part of their "benefit me" squad or "leave to get your hair done" squad or "two hour lunch when the floor is short" squad, then you are treated as a second rate employee.
The culture is exactly like high school, and the DON is Regina Goerge! She will throw whomever under the bus to get ahead, and/or make herself look good. She doesn't care about the well being of the residents. She care about parading around in tacky heels, and playing dress up, and puts on enough make up to make Mimi Bobeck jealous.
There is no culture. They want people who look like them, think like them, dress like them.
