Horrible! high productivity, poor management and low level patients; Patients are very low level and no assistance for lifting or transfers

Each supervising PT or OTR are required to 86% productivity, only allowed treatments for clients to be 30 min to maximize billing even if clients were really low level and required extra time. Some days therapist would clock out and stay many hours extra just to complete their documentation. For the last 2 years, Ensign is unable to maintain a consistent PT position; within the last 2 yrs, there has probably been 10 PT's (including FT/Travel/PRN etc).
