Systems Engineer (Former Employee) – Downers Grove, IL – August 12, 2018
As Acxiom Corporation, the company presented a good work environment and culture. With the change to Ensono and the expansion of the company, there were growing pains and overlap of duties. The attention to the individual worker
Systems Programmer (Former Employee) – Remote – October 3, 2018
Thirteen years. Calling advancement opportunities "limited" would be an overly generous asessment. Company provides plenty of what they call "PDO" or paid time off, but it is worthless - the work load and off-hours expectations make it impossible to actually schedule a disconnected vacation of three or more days - that number including weekends. Management culture is very driven towards "root cause analysis" or RCA, which is a fancy name for placing blame. On that same note, don't expect to hear two words ... "Thank You." Ensono's core product offering is technology outsourcing. Sadly, their vision does not include any appreciation of technicians.
Remote Work Friendly - although that is being phased out.
Company expects 24 x 7 x 365 work availability - punitive lower management culture - stagnant pay.
IT Support (Former Employee) – Downers Grove, IL – July 26, 2018
Modern facilities, work from home opportunities, and growing its outsourcing reach. Operations is fast and dynamic environment be prepared to flex to client's scheduling. Management tries to keep associates informed of business, and reviews are done quarterly.

Production Control Analyst (Current Employee) – Downers Grove, IL – July 8, 2018
Not a great place to work. Upper management does not listen to operators that are actually doing the work and only seem to care about making more money. They do not compensate fairly by any means and work environment can get quite hostile at times
Company very concerned about employees that they had what was needed for them to do their jobs.
HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST (Former Employee) – Conway, AR – March 14, 2018
Very team oriented. Lunches for special days. Health awareness to employees and provided fitbits for all employees that participated in challenges. Prizes for those employees that were top performers in the challenges.
Ensono has great upper management that really care about their employees and the success of the company.
Marketing Intern (Former Employee) – Downers Grove, IL – November 23, 2017
Overall, I had an amazing experience as an intern at Ensono. All of the associates are very down-to–earth and are very willing to help. As interns they provide you with enough structure (assignments, projects, etc) to keep you busy but also offer enough flexibility for you to network, learn what you want to, and explore some other departments. My experience at Ensono was better than I could have imagined!
Assistant (Current Employee) – Downers Grove, IL – August 29, 2017
Based on Indeed's rating system: Work/Life Balance - most find the work/life balance in-check, but it depends on the individual employee's work ethic/drive and position thy're in. Comp/Benefits - right up there with the Fortune 15 company I worked for in the past. Job Security/Advancement - A+ Management - fantastic bunch who care about the company and the individual employees. I've been impressed by the way they've handled themselves since the company launched. Job Culture - Volunteerism and health are highlighted. Fun events are regularly planned for the associates. Many close friendships have been forged due to the company's focus on collaboration and teamwork. Can't say enough about the culture! It makes a huge difference.
Production Control Analyst (Current Employee) – Downers Grove, IL – May 31, 2017
We have a great team, and our ever-changing technology keeps things 'new' and 'alive' in the batch processing world. Management is always open to suggestions. With all the new business were are receiving, the environment can be overly stressful at times; I believe that once ENSONO hires several new employees, the stress level will be greatly reduced.
