Listen to your people .Not only Managers Sometime they can be out of touch .And if you address there's a problem well guess who owns it.You also need a tasks force team(Group of people ) that can come in and evaluate the problem and solve it in a reasonable time.Nobody likes slackers but there everywhere! I dont even work for your company. But after reading some responses this is a carbon footprint like other companies.Funny how people think the company is doing ok when the problem is right under there nose.You need to surround yourself with people you can trust but also people that will tell you the truth.P.S. I dont have an axe to grind I've been in the Research Business for 42 years.It pains me that Companies have talent but yet fall short.
I think the CEO should make it company policy that married people who like to use there freedom or lack of supervision to play let's daor on the job grounds for being replaced by a ethical employee and not cover up for behavior that cuzes devorce and family's and children end up devastated. My knowledge came from afirmer employee .ci springs lol. They should have cameras in every Area as the tool room in CO lid did not.
Go back to the way it was run back in 2012 and before everyone was happy and was a great place to work
