It seems that Enterprise discriminates against people. Yes the college degree looks cute hanging on your wall but what experience do you have. Many companies now have finally woken up and realized the degree means nothung, experience is what counts.
So if you have 30 years of business experience and you do not have a college degree, they will not consider you for a management position? Seems very discriminatory to say the least.
