Long and exhausted interview process. 3 step interview each one lasting about an hour and have to drive over an hour away for each interview. Most in the early morning and have to wait for each interview at least 30 minutes upon arrival. Dress business professional and will judge you on what you studied in college. RvP is judgemental and does not even ask anything about your personal job history but questions steered towards your incompetence based on what you studied. Demeaning and unfair interview process. I answered everything correct and have great work ethic and drive. Missed an opportunity for a great worker based simply on ignorance alone. I made it to the third interview just to have an ignorant vice president pre judge me based on my college degree and honestly never gave me a chance for the job. I was shut down based on my appearance (I have a nose stud) and school degree alone. Conservative and biased company with little to no respect for the interviewers.

For customer service work from home, we did 5 weeks of at-home classroom-style training, and then a week of being on the phones while being heavily monitored.

If you wish to become a Branch Manager with Enterprise, you move up as fast as you work. Promotions are based on performance, and if you don't perform in the top half of your peers, you stay stagnant.

Answered

No, None at all. Just a phone screening and three interviews if you are a qualified applicant

It takes around two weeks! It’s a three-round interview face-to-face process.

The interview process has changed since I was hired on. It used to be a series of interviews, 4-5. Now its a short phone interview with the Recruiter, then an interview with the Branch Manager which is really a chance for you to see what the Enterprise life is like, and then with the Area Manager.
