You only get raises when minimum wage increases. You sometimes get bonuses if your branch's customer service rating is high. (Generally, $50 or $60). They allow cell phones, they are more lax on attire for Service Agents. Generally they wear a light blue work shirt and tennis shoes. (The CSRs do NOT get to wear this). It generally takes a long time, probably a year to get weekends off or switch your hours. The bad news is there are a lot of people who have been there for a LONG time and they have the best shifts. The good news is Enterprise has a high turnover rate, so you will after about a year or so start to get better hours.
