You get raises about every 6 months to a year. How much though I believe depends on your performance. If the location you interviewed at was like the one I worked at the more thorough and more cars you clean the better incentives you get. Applying for Service agent there isn't really a dress code but you definitely don't want to wear your favorite pair of shoes as the water and chemicals will ruin them quickly. Schedule wise it goes by seniority so when you get hired you will probably just get whatever shifty is available and they have shift bids every 3 or 4 months where you have the option to switch shifts but only if the people ahead of you seniority wise haven't taken it.

Recently got a raise as an MT. But without a promotion, not much other way for raises or pay increases.

Hourly. It does not change upon promotion until you reach Branch Manager. Yes there is overtime pay.
