  • Have all current managers resign and leave themselves, then start over.
    The retention rate for not only managers, but manager trainees and assistant managers is deplorable. The average length of employment is approximately 2-3 years. This is telling.

    Notwithstanding sometimes exorbitant earnings (sometimes 6-figures) the turnover rate is astounding. There's a reason for that and the fact that so many leave that kind of money isn't just coincidence.

  • Train management, normal hours/shifts- work life balance

  • Pay more money, give managers more training,

  • Give employees a regular 8 hour day
