Outgoing company to work for.
Accounts Payable Clerk (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GAJuly 10, 2019
Overall Enterprise was a great company to work for. I can say that I learned a lot within my department and in the accounting department, I worked well with all my teammates and other colleagues. The most enjoyable time while working with the company was working together during hectic times and just overall having a team behind everything I did.

Stressful. Numbers driven environment. Management is unstable and always changing. Typical corporate gossiping and backstabbing. Then the pay isn't good.

Great place to build a resume
Assistant Manager (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GAJune 5, 2019
Great place to start a career but not keep a career. Extremely easy to get burned out fast. Long work hours and rude customers don't make the job any easier. Does look fantastic on a resume if you've worked at Enterprise.

Nice Work Environment
Team Member (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GAMarch 21, 2019
Enterprise is generally a nice place to work. Depending on your position work-life balance may or may not be a reality for you. If you work in daily rental then you can kiss your social life goodbye. Depending on your branch size, clientele, and location you may have a stressful, busy week or chill one. The good part about it is that enterprise encourages drive by offering promotions and salary bonuses after some time spent at the company. Most entry level employees will reach a managerial position within a year and move into more corporate positions or leave the company all together. If you don't progress here then it's because your are not trying, as Enterprise makes it so easy to do. Most of the people working here are down to earth and have (at some point ) been in your position. Depending on your area and your manager, you can be confident that your superiors have your back. When a customer oversteps your boundaries it will not come without some consequence to them. Try to make friends and build connections because it will work in your favor here. For anyone who has bills, is a recent grad with no job offers, majored in business, or just needs a temporary stepping stone until they find their next job Enterprise would be a good fit.
Pros
Chill and Comfortable Environment
Cons
No work-life balance

Only work here if you're prepared to work like a slave
Assistant Manager (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GAFebruary 28, 2019
No work life balance, you are seen as a slave to the company, sell you dream of promotional success but that only occurs if you're placed at the right branch at the right time

Regional Logistics Coordinator (Current Employee) –  Atlanta GeorgiaNovember 29, 2018
I grew a lot as a person at Enterprise. They taught me a lot about professionalism and corporate structure. Their promotion polices are not perfect but if you work hard you will definitely get the chance to make more money. There's a lot of really cool people working here. The culture is great but for some positions the compensation is definitely lacking. For me the hardest thing about this job was simply that its a for profit business that doesn't really help anyone. This job provides a service or need but not a life changing one.

Poor work life balance but fun environment
Management Trainee (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GAOctober 16, 2018
Enterprise is a great job for recent college graduates, opportunity for growth and advancement is available if you are competitive in sales and work hard. There is not much time when it comes to work life balance, especially if you are promoted to an airport location where 12 hour days are the norm. I would not advise working here if your social calendar is important to you , or you value time more than money. However, if you are money motivated and have no family or social life this is a great fit for you ! (MOST Management is awesome)

Wash cars as college grad
Manager Trainee (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GAAugust 16, 2018
The fact that you have to wash cars in a suit killed me. You think about yourself and why you even went to college. Then you have to turn around and sell coverage that is not needed. Easy job to land. Pay is decent and benefits are great. Bad hours with no work/life balance. Lots of competitions to get a bonus. Above branch level is a frat house and a complete joke.

Used to be fun, New leadership changed
Branch Rental Manager (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GAAugust 5, 2018
Great region, until recent, They care more about what you look like rather than how well you perform. The new leadership, has gone down in performance since the old management left. Scare tactics to make perform. No one feels as though they have job security.

Great Place to learn Business
Branch Manager (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GAAugust 1, 2018
Enterprise is a good place to start and learn how to run a business. You learn how manage a P&L statement and how each decision affects your income potential. Be careful that you look over your pay plan thoroughly.
