Great place to work. Lots of great people to work with and for. You get to drive all of the new vehicles as well some of the old stuff. Its face paced and lots of fine. You definitely get to meet a lot of new people.
Assistant Manager (Former Employee) – Pompano Beach, FL – September 13, 2018
My advice would be to get in and learn as much as possible, then find something with a better work-life balance. The expectation is that you will continue to work 10-12 hour days, and be completely bought into the Enterprise culture.
Sr. Car Sales (Current Employee) – San Francisco, CA – September 11, 2018
Great, easy going job. Typical day on the job is fairly easy, management is great and the culture is very driven. Hardest part of the job is customer related situations and most enjoyable is very flexible with hours.
Management Assistant (Former Employee) – Tacoma, WA – September 11, 2018
Everyone will mention the work/life balance, but you honestly accomplish so much in one day. It is a grind but you're in it together with your team. Great benefit options, and PTO. You do learn alot besides selling protections, but what you do learn there can ultimately take you in so many directions after. You make quality connections with the people around you in and out of Enterprise, and the day goes by fast.
Relationships with coworkers, competitive pay, good PTO/Benefits
Work/Life balance, Management depending on the area you're in
Assistant Branch Manager (Former Employee) – Fort Lauderdale, FL – September 10, 2018
A typical work day would be preparing rental car contracts. Learned great customer service. Management made job fun. Culture was hectic, but fun. Incentives to sell. Hardest part of the job was upselling.
Branch Manager (Current Employee) – Virginia Beach, VA – September 6, 2018
Really great work culture, very fast paced. Management start from the bottom so highly manageable. Work life balance is the hardest with the company. Really great support and a large array of resources as your disposal.
MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT (Former Employee) – Ohio – September 5, 2018
The minimum amount of working hours per week was 49 and using vacation days was extremely frowned upon. The office seemed to always need an additional employee to be hired but the nature of the company is to work less employees harder instead of hiring someone additional. The company was also ran with a cut-throat sales mentality that breaded unethical sales tactics used by employees in order to get ahead. This was not the job for me.
Rare lunch breaks, no work/life balance, cut-throat sales expectations

For the people who stick with Enterprise and perform at a high level to get promoted, this is a fantastic company. Nobody should go in expecting immediate advancement without hard work, so work ethic and drive to succeed is critical. The opportunities and the mentorship are outstanding, and the company culture is built on loyalty and performance.
Great culture, promote from within, significant training
Some opportunity in compensation and benefits areas
