Assistant Manager (Current Employee) – Sioux Falls, SD – June 23, 2019
This is a great company to start out with after college. They focus a lot on training and learning about customer service in absolute detail. But, it is more of a sales job than the hiring manager will let you know. They always tell you that sales goes along with service, but don't listen to that. If you excel at sales, service is hit or miss. If you focus on service, sales numbers suck. If you have great leaders who know how to motivate you in the correct ways, you will enjoy your job here!
Enterprise is an overall positive company to work for, as long as you are willing to dedicate 55 hrs a week minimum. I enjoyed my time there and you build a lot of connections and contacts. There is a decent level of turnover once you get out of the management training program due to burnout and corporate poaching. The only reason why I am considering leaving is to find an opportunity that would not REQUIRE weekends. Not that I have an issue with the work levels but Enterprise is not the easiest to navigate with a family, A great opportunity for men and women just out of college.
