You work in all types of weather conditions. Your manager can change any where from six months to a year. You get a raise every year as long as you get above average review. If you get meet requirements you get no raise.

This is a great company to work for. All the employees are friendly, the pay is reasonable with opportunities for growth, and the benefits are fair. There are multiple business lines to expand into that can offer specialized work experience.

Enjoy working there. Their hourly pay should be more competitive with similar employers. Very conscientious customer service employees. Thought I would get more tips to compensate for slightly above minimum wage .
