Mobility is the driving force that empowers freedom to explore, connect, share ideas and discover new ones. But our idea of mobility is much more than simply getting from A to B. Instead, our focus is on the connections we can help create between people, places and ideas. Across our portfolio, we innovate with intention and put our people first, whether they’re customers, employees, partners and neighbors.

Deeply rooted in our origins, we invest in each other, our communities and every journey. It’s how we grew from a pioneer with a fleet of seven cars to a global mobility leader with more than 90,000 team members throughout the world. And it’s what will continue to drive the future of our business and mobility itself.

Enterprise is a great first gig out of college. You will be working with people your age and will make a lot of new friends. The work can be fulfilling at times and the pay is ok but your pay plan is based on a 50 hour work week. There is room for advancement in the company if you are great at sales and customer service but be willing to work 60+ hour weeks.

Any company that pays minimum wage to its bottom workers is admitting they'd pay you less if they legally could. The fact that workers in Texas make less than me for the same work is disgusting, at the very least we should all be paid the same as the highest minimum wage, e.g. California. There are good people here as with any company but the higher ups are very obnoxious with the "Enterprise fam...

Excellent upper management. For such a large company it feels very close knit. Work day is long which can be tough especially with a family. Promotion generally requires relocation which can be a challenge.
