Fun and rewarding if you work hard
Manager (Current Employee) –  Los Angeles, CAMay 16, 2017
A typical day at work includes approaching mall or theater patrons to stop and rate unreleased movie trailers. What I always loved about eworks is having no limit on how much you can make and it's all based on how hard you work, since you get paid per survey. Gift cards are also given to the respondents for taking a survey with you, which makes it easy get people to stop. It's the perfect job for high school or college students since the majority of work is on the weekends.
The hardest part of the job is meeting client deadlines and juggling multiple projects at the same time.
Pros
Can make good money if you work hard, fun environment, flexible schedule
Cons
Work is not always consistant, weekends are required

Eworks is a market research company based out in California. You conduct surveys in any of their mall or movie theater sites. The work can be fun and varied but can also be challenging if you don't have the flexibility that is required because it doesn't have a set schedule and work can be sporadic especially during the Christmas season. You have the opportunity to interact with all kinds of people and see how people's opinions on different products, commercials and movie trailers effect their advertising.
Pros
Interaction with different kinds of people
Cons
No set schedule, work can be sporadic, only make minimum wage if you can't hit goals because it's commission

Entertainment Works (eworks) is not a job for the faint of heart, or someone looking to get by with easy work. If you put yourself out there and really strive to do the best you can do, you'll be rewarded for it. The company looks out for its people and the other which you might work with are good and honest people who are friendly to a fault.

A Job that was flexible and allowed to make more hourly through persistence.
Recruiter (Former Employee) –  Saugus, MAAugust 8, 2016
A typical day consists of getting individuals to rate movie trailers at a kiosk. I learned since this was my first job that being effective at your job meant persistence. That having a firm work ethic does pay off. The most difficult part of the job was there were times when no people were around. this made it difficult to accomplish the job. The most enjoyable part of the job was being to work beside my co-workers.
Pros
Flexible hours, Watch movie trailers before they come out
Cons
On call so schedule constantly change, Commission based location plays a factor

Supervisor & Recruiter (Former Employee) –  Jersey City, NJJuly 21, 2013
My typical day at work revolved around recruiting, which can be hard if you lack the social skills. I learned that you are who you portray you are front of individuals, so self-branding is very important and that is what i learned on my typical day to day while finishing up business quotas.
