Needs management over-haul. Management does not listen to staff. No changes made when multiple employees are complaining of the same thing. Need to take away tasks when piling on more and more each month. Particularly when they are time consuming. There is not enough time in the day to efficiently perform all 'required' tasks.
Too much favoritism, managers pick there favorites, giving them more opportunity to advance. Managers holding things against a person for speaking there mind. Most clinics need brand new managers, too many employees getting away with doing only what they want. You need managers that can see through people and know who the ones are that are always stirring things up and starting gosip.
Stop the family-friend hires.
