A false culture of 'values' exists within the leased walls of this building. No one really lives them. Clock in and clock out with little pay. Leadership is very inexperienced.

Hire upper management that will take responsibility for things and actually listen to the employees.
Actually apply the amazing values!
Treat employees as people and not just numbers. You want us to build relationships with clients, yet that's not how you treat your employees. Be genuine and not just fake. Be the REAL deal. Listen to your employee's suggestions. DO NOT trust that upper management is telling you everything that's happening. They are far less likely to pass on the complaints and concerns that make them look bad. Come down to the employee level and find out what's really going on.
Send surveys through survey monkey where employees don't have their answers attached to their email or any other information for the "anonymous" survey and you will get honest answers.
Recognize the difference in employees who are just working for a paycheck vs those who have a passion and are motivated in making the company better and having a career with Entrata. Give the latter opportunities to promote and support them and their passion and loyalty for Entrata will only get stronger. Otherwise they will go on to work for another company that will appreciate and benefit from them.
Business 101- if you want to be the best, hire the best. When you find those employees don't give them any reason to leave or you lose your opportunity to be the best.
