Office Administrator (Former Employee) –  Cincinnati, OHJune 30, 2019
This job seemed alright when I applied, however it became nothing more than a intense sales job. Lack of training and overwhelming day to day job functions didn't help. Weren't allowed to leave until everything was done
Pros
Vacation
Cons
No breaks, overwhelming job responsibilities, gender unequality, sales job

Assist General and Service Manager (Current Employee) –  Albuquerque, NMApril 7, 2019
Unless you are in management your opinion doesn't matter. Unless you are in management you have to be working all the time or you are told to do something or are given something to do. Even if you already are working on something if it is deemed not as important you will be pulled off. Example of that, cleaning and making sure isles and walk ways are clear per safety regulations.
Pros
Same hours every day.
Cons
Unless you are managament you don't matter.

Leader (Former Employee) –  Lawrence, KSMarch 5, 2019
85% of the time struggling, stressful, rarely rewarding, daily anxiety, tribal knowledge resists change, improvement opportunity however answer given before project is given a chance, 7-days a week with a different priority each day, very micromanaging leadership resulting in very competitive and mean personalities
15% working with the hourly folks is rewarding when they teach you, and you are able to share with them, going to the production floor to learn is very eye-opening to where you sincerely step in and help where you can.
Pros
At the manufacturing facility - hourly workforce wants to do a great job
Cons
At the Manufacturing facility - culture in leadership is not supportive of hourly workforce

Retail Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Lawrence, KSFebruary 7, 2019
Entrematic does not provide any support to their employees. You will work anywhere between 50 and 60 hours a week, for months. You can have perfect attendance, provide additional support to your coworkers when needed, be the worker management can count on and that means absolutely nothing to upper management. And you can forget about any kind of advancement opportunities if the upper management in your department doesn't "like" you. You will be denied training opportunities, and will be talked about behind your back. There is absolutely no sense of loyalty from upper management.

Cons

Manufacturing Engineer (Former Employee) –  Lawrence, KSJanuary 3, 2019
Loved working there for the first 6 months. After that it didn't feel like a team any more and always had the feeling that you couldn't trust anyone and people were constantly telling upper management on each other for stupid stuff. Never felt very secure, and the benefits were the worst I've ever had.

service center
service center rep (Former Employee) –  Lawrence, KSNovember 21, 2018
I enjoyed working in the service center, the customers were great for the most part. However management had a great deal of issues. Particularly the main boss. He harasses the women there, he has little to no professionalism in the work place. While the big bosses are there he & other management that do not typically do there job, some how manage to pull it off when the time is right. Warehouse positions is where I would direct your focus if finding a job here.
Pros
free holiday dinners, breaks are fare, people are nice
Cons
health care, hiring process if your on through a temp service takes to long.

Garage Door Hardware (Former Employee) –  Lenexa, KSNovember 1, 2018
The Shawnee location is a decent place to work, lacks morale from some leads (sink or swim attitude), the management seem very kind and considerate. There are few jobs, not much variety, but open possibilities for transferring to another facility. I liked the people there. You get bonus raises of $.50 every 3 months if you match the quotas. Many good benefits, it's located in a pricey neighborhood, so commuting may be the best option.
Pros
Somewhat laid back and long term benefits
Cons
Few jobs and lackadaisical leads

Good overall company. The location in Columbia, SC is one of the company's highest grossing distribution center, with an average of $7.5 Million per year in sales.

Working for Entrematic was the literal definition to factory labor. You are assigned a job and your task is simple and you do the same thing rhetorically.

Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) –  Carrollton, TXJune 21, 2018
I have enjoyed working at Entrematic throughout the years. The environment is relaxed, but there is a lot to do with the job that requires you to play multiple roles. It is a very serious job and they always make sure that everything is done that needs to be done, but they are also very caring of their employees and always makes sure that we are taken care of.

This was supposed to be an office job but ended up being a sales focused job where a lot of technical knowledge was required. Very frustrating and not fulfilling.

Retail Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Lawrence, KSMarch 16, 2018
The ASC has some good people working in it... too bad none of them are in management. They seem to reward the lazy workers and punish the ones who actually strive to make this a good place to work. Such a shame. The pay isn't bad, but definitely not worth all the work they require, and when the "busy season" hits you can count on TONS of mandatory OT!
