Very strict, Don't care about keeping people

Their rules about time off and being even 1 minute late are very strict. They don't care about your reasoning and don't want to hear it. I loved working here and I loved the work I did, I got emotionally attached to a lot of the people who called on a regular basis. Great leadership

Great company to work for and people are great, they just don’t pay very well and have a high turn over rate. Management and upper management are always available to answer questions or just make you feel more at home. Great working environment.

Envida work environment is negative, controlling, stressful and not rewarding. I would not suggest this as a place to work and I find the CEO is a top down manager.
