The most stressful part of the job for cleaners when they first start is getting use to the physicalness of the job and learning the ins and outs to get into the routine in order to complete the work in a timely matter. Some of the buildings are large and finding your away around, finding 100 garbage cans, finding 30 places to plug in the vacuum can be daunting at first. But, after doing it for a few weeks, those difficulties go away and the job becomes routine.
