Recognize the lack of innovation and how archaic processes are holding back progress. Support employees with implementing a real HR and IT dept. Very short-sighted to eliminate these and have employees deal with this individually. Upper management needs to engage with employees instead of being this random voice on the phone call once in a while. Create some culture in the offices.
