Have a look and see why you are really losing so much money. Maybe evebyread the reviews on Indeed. People hate to be treated unfairly, and you will lose a business over that. Look at Costco. No one leaves there because they feel they're treated fairly, by a CEO that cares about the company.
Remember that people hate unfairness. Unfairness is what will cause people to seek a new job in a new company above just about anything else. Pay your people more, weed out the supervisors that play favorites, and pay attention to the people at the bottom. They're the ones that do the majority of the work and get the least amount of the credit. Get your head out of the sand.
I would say the management needs more training on how to work with employee for better outcomes and also promotion should be based on work ethic and experience not by favors or who you know.
