CSR in Flint, MI
on December 2, 2021
There a slight disconnect between supervisors and team members. The on boarding process leaves a lot to be desired. It’s inconsistent and flawed. I tried to make suggestions and offer input because I have more management experience then all of my supervisors combined. But, you have to want to be better or many concepts and input info falls on death ears. The leadership team is knowledgeable but lacks ambition. The culture needs a complete revamp. The supervisors need to be on one accord to maintain a consistent message across the board. The turnover is somewhat high but getting better. Overall the job does have a career feel but, like most career jobs, if your willing to relocate your future could be bright. The flight benefits is what keeps me there but with Covid it’s become somewhat of a pain but it’s still worth it if your determined to travel. The pay is the decent just underwhelming in comparison to some of our competitors. But, lastly I wouldn’t have been there for the two years I’ve been there if it wasn’t worth it. I Love the job but I criticize hard. You’d Love it if you came and got the right mentor to walk you through the turbulent times.

Schedules are changed every month and depends on flights insurance is as much as my pay check, work 3-4 days a week so impossible to have another job. You can fly for free but can’t afford to stay anywhere because you don’t make enough to go anywhere
Flight Attendant in Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, TX

Good company for resume builder to go a mainline at best. Management is very sneaky and not very helpful. Reserve life is very hellish. Bare minimum rest on most overnights. Company has many pay discrepancies. Many paychecks have errors.
Ramp Agent in North Charleston, SC

Just horrible work environment. Management showed favoritism to certain agent and kept those around that should have been let go due to attendance or misconduct. The only good thing about the job is some of the people you work with and flight benefits. You cannot trust the managers. They will tell all your business to other agents
Customer Service Agent (CSA) / Ramp Agent in Madison, WI
on November 3, 2021
The Management is atrocious and treat people less than humane. Got hired as a supervisor and quickly realized what a hole this company is. No support for new trainees even expect you to finish more than a hundred training courses only and book your own flights for ramp training. The manager is horrible and is hated by all the other coworkers. Lack of support and no teamwork, low morale. NOT RECOMMENDED if you like to be respected and treated as a human being and not just a body..If you make any mistakes you will be blamed since you're the new hire.
