The work schedule is based around the flight schedule. I would start by not grouping flights together so the work day is more flowing and not a roller coaster.
The seniority system is a joke at times and agents use that to get out of doing certain job functions, it’s best to get rid of that mentality at work.

Make the work schedule workable so it benefits both work and the individual, such as listening to feedback as to what people are able to work so they won’t quit over the work schedule.

Have people properly trained and not left to defend for themselves. Seems to be a huge issue going on.

Management needs to be sensitive about their employees, especially during a pandemic. Employees should be thankful for having a job, but employers should also be thankful for having employees. The work environment is mostly fun and is challenging at times, but it doesn’t matter as a poor management team can make anyone quit easily.

It was great. Everyone was super nice! Once everyone has been called into do their 1on1s, then we all wait in a room to be called out. No one knows who got it, except the actual (clears throat) ppl who got it. Just remember you have to strongly have a passion for this type of career. Speaking of career, has to be a “career choice”, and not a “job choice”. Have to look the part as well, have to smile and wear the red lipstick.....and always remember that safety is number 1, because it is.

Ive noticed that it really depends where you're working as to how you like your job. This makes me wonder how they get their mgt personal and their training. Their attitude might come from how their treated from their bosses. Being Retired Miltary , Im sure the biggest percentage of the good ones are also.

It’s different everyday when you know who is going to be there. Some employees create a very negative workspace environment for many reason including but not limited to: knowledge, safety, work performance, listening skills, attendance, management personnel...

I’ve been a flight attendant at envoy for almost 11 years. I Love this company! I’m surprised to hear all these negative remarks. I have always been treated fairly. My manager is awesome and has always been available and helpful when I needed him. I enjoy going to work everyday. I feel the pay is adequate. It was a little tough the first year or two, but now I live comfortably on what I earn. I never have to pick up OT to make ends meet. I would highly recommend envoy for a career. Great benefits and a family oriented company. You get out of it what you put into it.
