Fast Paced Work at Low Pay...
Passenger Service Agent/Trainer/Lead (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TXAugust 16, 2019
Best if you use the relevant experience to get the same position at American Airlines. Pay is low. If you excel at the job, they do offer the opportunity to become a trainer, and eventually a lead. which does show advancement but that only adds 1 dollar to the pay. Come in with eyes wide open.

Customer Service Representative/Ramp Agent (Former Employee) –  Jackson, MSAugust 15, 2019
Run run run as fast as you can. This place is HORRIBLE!! The only reason about 4 or 5 senior (as in position not age) agents are still there is because they’re comfortable!! It’s absolutely the worse!!

Facilities Manager (Former Employee) –  Irving, TXAugust 14, 2019
It was good while I was there.
Envoy has some of the best people working for them that I know. There are some people high up that have been there forever that don’t take care of their employees.

Not living wage
Ground Support Equipment Mechanic (Current Employee) –  Dallas-Fort Worth, TXAugust 10, 2019
Not living wage. They just care about productivity. Talk too much about safety but don’t apply nothing about it. Its just a bungee work to jump to a real job.

Not worth it
Station Agent (Current Employee) –  Hebron, KYAugust 2, 2019
Start off at $12/hr and top out at $13 after only a year. Provided with subpar equipment to get the job done (scanners, tugs, belt loaders, etc.). Management likes to overlook the serious issues and only knit pick the miniscule issues like people not having black shoes however there's only 2 people working this plane in the extreme weather conditions. No matter what issues you bring up they always shoot it down with "well you get flight benefits". The positives of this job are the flight benefits and other benefits such as health, dental and vision but you can also get that at a company like DHL or Amazon and you can make enough money to buy a confirmed ticket for your travels instead of the headache of nonreving.

It was great working with Envoy Air. I wish we did not relocate I would have been a regular employee already. My co-workers were nice to me. The manager was great also.

There was hardly a manger. And she is completely unfair and may dislike Caucasian’s. Prejudiced woman from the islands. Ruthless and fake. Poor organization. Everyone had a poor attitude and complained all day long.

Envoy refuses to pay
Customer service and plane loader (Current Employee) –  Columbia, MOJuly 23, 2019
This is a fun job at times however the company always pays low and more often than not you have to fight payroll for the actual hours you work.
Also they have issue with retaining employees so they mandatory workers.

Sim Instructor
E175 Simulator Instructor (Current Employee) –  DFW, TXJuly 22, 2019
Company has a tendency to habitually say one thing and do another. I was promised only one training session a day and the week after qualifying ended up doing back to back sessions. The group recently unionized with a 23 to 0 vote for a union do to numerous grievances that remain unanswered.

Amazing Company
Flight Attendant (Current Employee) –  Dallas, TXJuly 20, 2019
Working for Envoy is amazing. It is one of three American Airlines subsidiary companies. Very fast past industry but very rewarding. The hardest part about to the job would be when delays occur and everything becomes super fast past. The most enjoyable part about this job is the people you meet, both coworkers and passengers, but the best part are the flight benefits. Who wouldn't want to spend the weekend on the beach in St. Thomas.

if you have real bills this not the job you want pay sucks. pay is only 10.35 the only good thing are the flight benefits and you can apply to other jobs in the company at 6 months. they do offer benefits but its not affordable making 10 an hour. good job to have as a retiree or second job.

Low pay few hours
Station agent (Current Employee) –  Marquette, MIJuly 18, 2019
You can not live on the pay. If envoy would fix that problem, it would be a great company to work for. Management is fair and helpful. If you get the right manager. From what I've heard, some aren't good to work with.
Pros
Flight benefits, great coworkers
Cons
Poverty wages

Mismanaged and underpaid
Station Agent (Former Employee) –  Billings, MTJuly 13, 2019
Lowest Pay wage in the industry! Had 5 General Managers in under 2 years. Regional manager was a only concerned with covering his own skin and phoning in his job so he could play golf. He rewarded our first failing GM with a better job and replaced him with a junior agent in the interim. Then hired a new GM freshly retired from another airline who had no interest in doing things differently than what she was used to at their old airline. Then that GM was also transferred to another bigger station, and again the Regional Manager appointed another junior agent to run the station while he searched again. I got little to no support in doing things the right way. I finally had enough and a better job offer so I left.
