You have to work there atleast a year and ask for a raise. If you don't ask it will never happen and even then it is not guaranteed.

They have a $500 cap you have to meet before you earn any commision. Job is salary based with 11 hour days and 2 hour lunches. You work first Saturday of the month and every Saturday if you are not at atleast 80% of your monthly goal.

It'll probably be successful because its "low cost, high value" business plan but it'll struggle with staffing no matter the amount of training management gets because they don't have quality managers in place right now.

Bring in cleaning crews more often. Post bigger signs of the club rules where people walk in. Put up a mirror behind the front desk so people can see themselves when they get crazy.
