The interview process at EPIC is typically one interview with the H/R Director and the program Director. On occasion a second interview is conducted with the Team Leader, and some supervisory positions require two interviews. EPIC Behavioral Healthcare does not conduct three interviews on a candidate.

Steady pace for nurses, but too much put on behavioral techs. Expected to answer phone on 2 rings, and watched on cameras. Relied very heavily on agency nurses because they could not keep nurses.
